Scope of Application

Article 1

The accommodation contract and related agreements between the hotel and the guest shall be governed by these terms and conditions. Matters not stipulated in these terms shall be governed by applicable laws and generally established customs.

If the hotel agrees to a special provision that does not violate laws or customs, the special provision shall take precedence over these terms.

Application for Accommodation Contract

Article 2

A person applying for an accommodation contract with the hotel shall provide the following details

(1)Guest name

(2)Accommodation date and estimated time of arrival

(3)Accommodation fee (based on the basic accommodation fee stipulated in Appendix 1)

(4)Other necessary details as deemed required by the hotel

If a guest requests to extend their stay beyond the initially specified accommodation period, the hotel shall treat it as a new application for an accommodation contract at the time of the request.

Establishment of Accommodation Contract

Article 3

The accommodation contract is considered established when the hotel accepts the application. However, this does not apply if the hotel provides proof that the application was not accepted.

Upon establishment of the accommodation contract, the guest shall pay a deposit equivalent to up to three days' worth of the basic accommodation fee by the date specified by the hotel.

The deposit shall first be applied to the final accommodation fee. In case of circumstances outlined in Articles 6 and 18, the deposit shall be used to cover penalties and subsequently compensation. Any remaining amount will be refunded at the time of payment under Article 12.

If the deposit is not paid by the specified date, the accommodation contract shall become void. However, this applies only if the hotel has informed the guest of this condition when setting the payment deadline.

Special Provision for Waiving Deposit Requirement

Article 4

Notwithstanding Article 3, Paragraph 2, the hotel may agree to waive the deposit requirement after the contract has been established.

If the hotel does not request a deposit when accepting the accommodation application or does not specify a deposit payment deadline, it shall be considered as having agreed to the waiver.

Refusal to Conclude Accommodation Contract

Article 5

The hotel may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in the following cases:

(1)When the application does not comply with these terms.

(2)When no rooms are available.

(3)When the guest is deemed likely to violate laws, public order, or good morals during their stay.

(4)When the guest is identified as a member of an organized crime group, its affiliates, or other anti-social forces.

(5)宿When the guest is a corporation or organization controlled by an organized crime group or its members.

(6)When the guest is a corporation with executives who are members of an organized crime group.

(7)When the guest causes significant disturbance to other guests.

(8)When the guest engages in violent, threatening, extortionate, or coercive behavior toward hotel staff or has done so in the past.

(9)When the guest is clearly identified as having an infectious disease.

(10)When the hotel is unable to accommodate the guest due to natural disasters, facility issues, or other unavoidable reasons.

(11)When the guest is intoxicated or exhibits disruptive behavior that may significantly disturb other guests.

(12)When the guest exhibits suspicious behavior or there are other justifiable reasons to refuse accommodation.

Guest's Right to Cancel the Contract

Article 6

The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the hotel.

If the guest cancels the contract due to reasons attributable to them (except when canceling before the payment deadline specified in Article 3, Paragraph 2), the hotel may charge a cancellation fee as per Appendix 2. However, if the hotel has agreed to a special provision under Article 4, Paragraph 1, cancellation fees apply only if the hotel notified the guest of this obligation beforehand.

If the guest does not arrive by 8:00 PM on the accommodation date (or within two hours of the stated arrival time), the hotel may consider the contract canceled by the guest.

Hotel's Right to Cancel the Contract

Article 7

The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract under the following circumstances:

(1)When the guest is deemed likely to, or has already, violated laws, public order, or good morals.

(2) When the guest is clearly identified as having an infectious disease.

(3)When required by laws or regulations.

(4)When the guest is a designated organized crime group member or related to anti-social forces.

(5)When the guest is a corporation controlled by an organized crime group.

(6)When the guest is a corporation with executives who are organized crime group members.

(7)When the guest engages in violent, threatening, extortionate, or coercive behavior toward hotel staff or has done so in the past.

(8)When the guest is intoxicated and poses a disturbance to other guests.

(9)When the guest violates the hotel's rules.

(10)When the hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances.

If the hotel cancels the contract under the provisions above, no charges will be applied for unused services.

Accommodation Registration

Article 8

Guests must register the following information at the hotel front desk on the day of check-in:

(1)Guest's name, address, telephone number, age, gender, and occupation

(2)For foreign guests, nationality, passport number, place of entry, and date of entry

(3)Departure date and estimated departure time

(4)Other information deemed necessary by the hotel

If a guest intends to pay the charges specified in Article 12 using traveler's checks, accommodation vouchers, credit cards, or other non-cash payment methods, they must present such payment method at the time of registration mentioned in the preceding paragraph.

Room Usage Time

Article 9

Guests may use their rooms from 3:00 PM on the check-in day until 11:00 AM on the check-out day.

| 2 |

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the hotel may allow the use of the room outside these hours, in which case additional charges will apply as follows:

(1)午From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM: JPY 3,000 per 30 minutes for "före," JPY 5,000 per 30 minutes for "villa 1/f"

(2)After 1:00 PM: Full overnight charge

Compliance with Rules

Article 10

Guests must comply with the hotel's usage rules as posted within the premises.

Operating Hours

Article 11

The operating hours of the hotel's main facilities are as follows, with detailed hours available in brochures, posted notices, and room directories:

(1)Front Desk & Cashier Services: No curfew, 24-hour front desk service

(2)Dining Services: Restaurant open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM

The above hours are subject to temporary changes as necessary.

Payment of Charges

Article 12

The breakdown of accommodation charges payable by the guest is listed in Appendix 1.

| 2 |

Payment for these charges shall be made in cash or via traveler's checks, accommodation vouchers, credit cards, or other accepted methods at the front desk upon guest arrival or at the time requested by the hotel.

If a guest chooses not to stay after the hotel has provided the room and made it available, the accommodation charge will still be required.

Hotel Responsibility

Article 13

The hotel shall compensate for damages caused to guests in relation to the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of accommodation contracts and related agreements, except in cases where the damage is not attributable to the hotel.

The hotel has taken measures for fire safety and is covered by innkeeper's liability insurance in case of fire or other incidents.

Handling of Unavailable Booked Rooms

Article 14

| 1 |

If the hotel cannot provide the booked room, it will, with the guest's consent, arrange alternative accommodations under similar conditions.

If no alternative accommodations are arranged, the hotel shall pay compensation equivalent to the cancellation fee, which will be applied to any damage claims. However, if the inability to provide a room is not attributable to the hotel, no compensation will be paid.

Handling of Deposited Items

Article 15

If loss or damage occurs to items, cash, or valuables deposited at the front desk, the hotel shall compensate for the loss, except in cases of force majeure. Compensation for cash and valuables shall be within the limits of the hotel's liability insurance. If the guest did not declare the type and value of the item, compensation will be limited to JPY 100,000. Additional conditions are displayed in the hotel's deposit item regulations.

Storage of Guest Luggage & Personal Belongings

Article 16

If a guest's luggage arrives at the hotel before their stay, the hotel will only store it if prior arrangements have been made. The luggage will be handed over at check-in.

If a guest leaves luggage or belongings after check-out, the hotel will handle it according to the owner's instructions. If no instructions are given, the hotel will store the items for seven days before handing them over to the nearest police station. Shipping costs for forgotten items will be borne by the guest.

In the above cases, the hotel’s responsibility for storage shall follow the provisions of Article 15.

Parking Liability

Article 17

When guests use the hotel’s parking lot, the hotel is only providing a space and does not assume responsibility for vehicle management, regardless of whether the vehicle key is entrusted to the hotel. However, if damages result from the hotel's negligence, the hotel will compensate accordingly.

Guest Responsibility

Article 18

If a guest causes damage to the hotel through intent or negligence, the guest must compensate for the damages.

Appendix 1

Breakdown of Accommodation Charges (Article 2, Paragraph 1 & Article 12, Paragraph 1)

(Note)

1.The percentages (%) indicate the cancellation fees as a proportion of the reserved accommodation fee.

2.If the length of stay is shortened, regardless of the number of days reduced, a cancellation fee for the first day will be charged.

3.If a guest fails to arrive by 8:00 PM on the scheduled check-in day without prior notice (or two hours after the notified arrival time), the reservation may be considered canceled by the guest.

4.Depending on the details of accommodation plans, including group plans, cancellation fees different from the above regulations may apply.

5.In cases where transportation to the hotel is disrupted due to natural disasters, cancellation fees may be waived.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Article 19

The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, usage regulations, and safekeeping policies (hereinafter referred to as "these terms and conditions").

2. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on the hotel's designated website, and will generally take effect after a 30-day notification period from the date of posting, or as determined by the hotel.

Terms of Use

To ensure public order, safety, and a comfortable stay for all guests, the hotel has established the following rules. Guests are required to comply with these regulations, which are based on Article 10 of the Accommodation Agreement. Failure to do so may result in the termination of accommodation in accordance with Article 7 of the agreement, and the hotel will not be held responsible for any incidents that may arise as a result.

(Prohibited Actions)
  • 1. Smoking in areas other than designated smoking areas and in locations prone to fire hazards.
  • 2. Use of heating or cooking appliances inside the hotel.
  • 3. Bringing the following items into the hotel:
    • o Animals, birds, or other pets (excluding assistance dogs such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs)
    • o Items emitting foul odors or deemed unclean.
    • o Excessive quantities of luggage beyond normal limits.
    • o Flammable, explosive, or hazardous substances such as gunpowder, oils, or similar materials.
    • o Firearms, swords, or pharmaceuticals not permitted by law.
  • 4. Loud voices, singing, or disruptive behavior that may disturb other guests.
  • 5. Gambling or any activities that disrupt public order and morality.
  • 6. Using guest rooms or lobby areas for business purposes without prior approval.
  • 7. Distributing or displaying advertisements, or selling goods within the hotel premises without authorization.
  • 8. Allowing non-registered guests to enter guest rooms or use in-room facilities.
  • 9. Wearing bathrobes, slippers, or similar attire outside designated areas.
  • 10. Ordering food or drinks from outside establishments.
  • 11. Leaving personal belongings such as shoes or luggage in hallways or lobbies for extended periods (items left unattended for a long time may be considered lost property and handled accordingly).
  • 12. Misusing hotel facilities or relocating furniture and fixtures.
  • 13. Causing damage, loss, or contamination of hotel buildings, furnishings, or equipment (compensation may be required for damages caused by negligence or intent).
  • 14. Hanging objects from windows or throwing items outside that may affect the hotel's exterior appearance.

(Other Usage Guidelines)
  • 1. Please familiarize yourself with the evacuation routes and emergency exits posted inside your room door, and contact the front desk if you have any questions.
  • 2. Ensure your room door is locked when leaving, and use the internal lock (door latch) while inside. Verify the identity of visitors before opening the door.
  • 3. Inform the front desk in advance if you wish to change your length of stay or number of guests. If extending your stay, payment for the current stay must be settled beforehand.
  • 4. A deposit may be required upon check-in.
  • 5. If presented with an interim bill during your stay, please settle it accordingly.
  • 6. Lost and found items within the hotel will be handled in accordance with Article 16, Paragraph 2 of the Accommodation Agreement.
  • 7. Items left for safekeeping at the hotel will be stored for up to two weeks after departure. The hotel will not be responsible for items left beyond this period. Items exceeding reasonable quantities or requiring special care may not be accepted for safekeeping.
  • 8. Guests should store cash and valuables in the in-room safe or at the front desk. The in-room safe is available for use only during the guest's stay.
  • 9. The hotel does not accept gratuities for employees.
