WOODSIDE dining is situated right by the front desk and main lobby, housed in our iconic building. Savor the flavors of meats, vegetables and seafood freshly delivered mainly from the reputable Suruga area, prepared and delivered to your table straight from our open kitchen with wood-burning oven. The high ceiling and large glass windows enhance the open atmosphere, where guests can give in to the sensory experience of food in the company of their loved ones. WOODSIDE dining features culinary masterpieces such as homemade bacon by Chef Inoue who came here from the reputed restaurant “L’ecrin Ginza” in Tokyo, as well as wild-yeast breads from our in-house bakery supervised by Paradise Alley Bread & Co., a Kamakura City bakery known for its unique and stylish assortment of breads. Original sweets by our exclusive pastry chef are also available. Visitors without overnight stays are also welcome. Priority is given to guests with reservations.

Our breakfast is served in a buffet style, full of dishes made with locally sourced fresh vegetables. The menu also includes homemade organic jams and dressings, freshly baked breads from our in-house bakery, and homemade smoked bacon.
Grill best brings out the natural flavors of food. While the balancing act of fire power and salt may sound too simple for a cooking method, its simplicity is precisely what requires masterful skills to bring out the appeal and flavors of food ingredients of the Hakone area. Our grilled course dinner is prepared right here, in the wood-fired oven of our restaurant.
