Founded in 1868 in Hadano City, Kanagawa, Kanai Shuzo has woven a 150-year history of tradition and innovation, nurtured by the abundant natural blessings of the Tanzawa mountains. With the collaboration of Kanai Shuzo, Chef Akitoshi Hamanaka of Ryotei Tawaraishi has crafted an authentic kaiseki dinner that captures the essence of late autumn. Each carefully prepared dish, highlighting the richness of the season’s ingredients, will be paired with complementary sake to create a deeply refined and distinctive course. Together with the delicate aromas of sake and the spirit of Japanese hospitality, this special evening invites you to relax and savor a truly memorable dining experience.
