Taxi Transfer Option
We offer a paid taxi transfer service from Odawara Station or Hakone-Yumoto Station to the hotel.
This private transportation option allows you to travel comfortably and directly to the hotel—without concerns about weather or waiting time.

※Please make your reservation at least three days in advance of your desired pick-up date.
※When booking, kindly inform us of your preferred pick-up time.
※The taxi company may contact you on the day of pick-up. Please provide a phone number where you can be reached on the day.
※Meeting points are either the West Exit of Odawara Station or in front of the ticket gates at Hakone-Yumoto Station. The driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name.
※Each taxi can accommodate up to four passengers.
※This is a direct transfer service between the station and the hotel. No stops can be made along the way.
※Cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the day before your scheduled pick-up will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
